Skin Guru Yolanda/Maven…..has been practicing esthetics for nearly 25 years. She fell in love with skincare as a teen…watching her mother heal her severe eczema with herbal salves and diet change. Yolanda is licensed in New York and Pennsylvania. Yolanda also apprenticed under celebrity esthetician Mamie McDonald…. which is why models and actresses flock to get their skin treated by her expertise.

LATE POLICY

There is a 15 minute grace period for each appointment. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled unless otherwise communicated. Please communicate if you're going to be late and see what can be done. If your appointment is cancelled, you will be charged the cancellation/no show fee of $50 (applies to all lash services, brow lamination and facials).

RESCHEDULING

You are allowed to reschedule your appointment once without being charged the cancellation/no show fee of $50 (this applies to all lash services, brow laminations and facials). If you are not able to make the rescheduled appointment, you will be charged the cancellation/no show fee of $50 (applies to all lash services, brow lamination and facials).

CANCELLATIONS

Any appointments running later than 15 minutes will be cancelled and charged the cancellation/ no show fee of $50 (applies to all lash services, brow lamination and facials) (fist time cancellation can reschedule once “please see rescheduling policy“).
